Refurbishment, side and rear extension

A five bedroom house located in Finchley in need of a new 'well thought' kitchen layout plan and refurbishment throughout.

The project would involve an entire architectural package, which was supported by EHArchitects.

We start on ground level where we see a side and rear extension hosting an L-shaped kitchen, breakfast area, service and utility space and a generous dining space which, looks on to a partially decked rear garden.  

The first level involves chimney flue removals, a new en-suite and walk-in closet, a re-arranged bathroom and a full refurbishment, which follows on to the second level.
