Outbuilding, Renovation, and extension

A three bedroom semi-detached house located in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

The initial brief was to design an outbuilding for storage, office and a small entertainment space, a landscape proposal was also put fourth. The brief was then amended to include renovation works to the property and a rear extension to maximise space.

​

The design sees a larger living space on the ground floor with a new wc. The rear extension includes a full width kitchen and dining space combi looking out onto the garden.

A centralised paved walking path leads to the outbuilding, which has a large pergola that extends on to laid lawn thus creating a subtly private entertainment outdoor space as part of the decking area.

Further works in the future include a loft conversion
